Orders within Bulgaria are delivered via Speedy (to home address or courier office, at the customer’s choice) and Box Now (to an automated locker).

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via A1 Post. All parcels are sent with priority tracking service, and a tracking number is provided immediately after dispatch.

Estimated International Delivery Times:

• European Union: 5–10 business days

• Germany and Austria: 5–10 business days

• USA: 10–14 business days

• Rest of the world: 11–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and courier workload.

Free International Shipping

• Germany and Austria: Get free home delivery via Deutsche Post when you purchase 5 pairs of socks.

• United Kingdom and the European Union (excluding Germany and Austria): Get free home delivery via A1 Post when you purchase 5 pairs of socks.

How to Place an Order

You can place an order:

• directly through our website, with or without registration;

• by email at info@artyshocks.bg.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with order details. Please check your Spam folder if you do not see it.

For faster processing, please ensure that all delivery and contact details are filled in correctly.
A customer service representative will contact you only if additional clarification is required.
Orders by phone or email are not accepted during the period from November to December.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery within Bulgaria is 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed starting from the next business day.
During the period from November to December, delivery time may be up to 5 business days.

International delivery times are outlined in the International Shipping section above.

Returns & Exchanges

Inspection on Delivery

Upon delivery, you may open the package in the presence of the courier and decide whether to accept or refuse it.
Trying on products is not permitted for hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article 57, item 5 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

Returns

Products must be unused, unworn, and with intact packaging.
Returns are accepted within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
To initiate a return, please contact us.

If the return is due to an error on the part of ArtyShocks, return shipping costs are covered by us.
If the return is not due to our fault, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges are possible for the same item or another item available on the website.
If you prefer a refund, the amount will be returned to a bank account provided by you.
The processing time for returned items is approximately one week.
